An award-winning Brand maker – who worked for top brands like Delta Air Lines, Audi, Google, and Heineken – he created a niche for himself. President Obama spotted him and took him in his strategic team recently.
The 39-year-old founder of MKG, the marketing and branding agency of global repute, he was named one of the top five finalists for the “Entrepreneur of the Year 2011” award by Entrepreneur Magazine. He is also a Member of Advisory Council at The American India Foundation.
Education
Maneesh K Goyal focused on comparative-area studies and got his Bachelor’s degree from Duke University (1993 – 1997).  In pursuit of becoming a doctor, he went to Yale University and received his Master’s of Public Health degree (1997-1999).
Career
Maneesh moved to New York in 1999 and started working in a non-profit, Dyson Foundation. After working at the organization for two years, he shifted careers as he wanted to utilize his skill and love of bringing people together.
Following his passion, he began working in event production.  At P. Diddy’s MTV Video Music Awards after-party, he impressed Diddy so much that the rap tycoon offered him to throw his 2002 New Year’s bash.  After pulling that off, it didn’t took him time to become the go-to celebrity party planner.
In 2003, he founded an experiential marketing agency, MKG. It is headquartered in New York and has grown significantly from one employee, Goyal, to a thriving 50-person operation.
He launched “Live in the grey†– an online resource and community to help people become more holistically successful as individuals and within organizations.Â
He was given an administration post as member of prestigious J William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board by US President Barack Obama in 2014.Â
