It is a lump of super exotic materials given very desirable form by tasteful handcrafting and cutting edge design, further blended with a deliciously powerful internal combustion engine forming perfect visual and mechanical harmony that yields a multitude of desires.

Luxury in automobiles is generally related to cars. However, there is a hand-picked bunch of motorcycles that stand neck to neck in luxury, sharing exclusivity, performance, desirability and a scorching high price tag with luxury cars.

Ecosse Titanium Series FE Ti XX – Rs 1.82 Crore

For the ones who are looking for the world’s most expensive production motorcycle, look no further. Entirely custom built, the FE Ti XX boasts a massive 2.4-litre billet aluminium engine that produces an impressive 225bhp of power and a gut-wrenching 271Nm of torque.

The bike is clad with carbon fibre while the Italian designer marque Berluti has been appointed to make the leather saddle for the machine. To keep things uber-exclusive, Ecosse plans to make only 13 examples of the lavish FE Ti XX ever. In addition, the exhaust pipes have a ceramic media shot-peened finish on grade-9 titanium which is a unique proposition ever made to a bike.

So, if you were out there with you camera trying to capture a glimpse of the amazing motorcycle, it would be advisable to consider it as a lifetime hobby as most of these machines would seldom see the light of day.

NCR M16 – Rs 1.42 Crore

The NCR’s new Millona 16 – also known as the M16 – features some of the top line parts that turn the already exotic Ducati Desmosedici D16RR into a wildly expensive, lightweight, fast motorcycle. With this proposition this bad boy develops over 200 horsepower at the rear wheel.

With the latest generation MotoGP suspension in front and rear, the racing heritage continues with several other features like the carbon fiber frame, ceramic matrix composite brakes, and specially tuned Ohlins suspension.

NCR Macchia Nera Concept – Rs 1.37 Crore

This ultimate Ducati build known as the Macchia Nera Concept – designed by Aldo Drudi and built by NCR made its first official appearance back in September 2003 during EICMA in Milan. The bike received great reviews when it made its track debut at Misano WDW 2004, with plenty of feedback for its sheer performance.

Powered by a Ducati 998R engine that produces 185 horsepower, the bike features an amazing collection of titanium parts from its trellis Ducati replica frame to the unique full-race exhaust system, which separately available through NCR.

MTT Turbine Streetfighter – Rs 1.06 Crore

It just doesn’t get meaner than this. Have you ever seen a V8-powered Rolls-Royce-Allison turbine engine fitted into a bike? Well that what you will see in the MTT’s Streetfighter.

Powered by a 320 horsepower to a Pirelli Diablo 240mm rear tire, the MTT’s Streetfighter features a tubular aluminum frame, rear-mounted camera with LCD color display, and carbon fiber fairings standard that can clock insane speeds.

Icon Sheene – Rs 1.05 Crore

Another tribute bike to a legendary racer, the Icon Sheene pays homage to British world champ Barry Sheene.

Powered with a 1,400cc Suzuki mill which was mated to Garrett turbocharger, the bike throws up an incredible output of 253PS. Additionally, all of its these bikes features a hand-painted image of a playing card, and was recognized as one of the most powerful production motorcycle in the world at the time it was released.

NCR Leggera 1200 Titanium Special – Rs 89 Lakh

NCR is famous known for its race built bikes, but this Ducati Hypermotard-based effort represents their first ever street-legal offering. Weighing only 328 pounds in total, the Leggera boasts suspension developed directly with Ohlin suspensions, brakes developed through Brembo, carbon fiber BST wheels, and a titanium frame that weighs only 10.6 pound.

When it comes to the displacement the bike gets pushed further up into the 1200cc range, while titanium valves and other work put the maximum horsepower figure at 132 hp.

Confederate B120 Wraith – Rs 83 Lakh

Confederate B120 Wraith is one seriously pricey bike, but it’s far from the most expensive. The aircraft-inspired chassis consists of a carbon fiber spine complemented by aluminum bulkheads in between the engine.

It may not boast the most killer performance with its 125 hp from an air-cooled twin engine, but the Wraith’s assemblage of aircraft grade billet aluminum and carbon fiber make it a force to be reckoned with in area of eye-catching design.

NCR MH TT (Mike Hailwood) – Rs 80 Lakh

The MH TT was NCR’S tribute to commemorate the 30th anniversary of legendary racer of Mike Hailwood’s victory at the Isle of Man and only 12 of these bikes were produced.

MV Agusta F4CC – Rs 73 Lakh

While it may not look any different from the outside in comparison to the regular MV Augusta F4, the CC (named after the CEO of the company Claudio Castiglioni) brings with it a slew of changed and upgraded internal parts.

The air intakes, outlets and exhaust system have been made entirely out of titanium. To keep the weight at its lowest, the entire body is made out of carbon fibre whereas the wheels and single-sided swingarm are made out of magnesium.

With a limited run of just 100 examples, this 1,078cc, 203PS MV Augusta would we are very rare site on the road, rarer that many supercars while also soon become one of the most sought out exotic motorcycles to collect.

Vyrus 987 C3 4V – Rs 64 Lakh

The Vyrus holds down the crown for being the world’s fastest production motorcycle. Made in Italy, this sharp, edgy motorcycle gives a slight peek into a futuristic street bike design. Featuring a Ducati 1198cc engine, that is further supercharged to produce a whopping 211bhp.

With the weight kept to a minimum at 158kgs, the motorcycle gives out a mind-boggling power-to-weight ratio of 1335bhp per ton. The bespoke steering mechanism features a hub-centre steering with a front swingarm. Designed by AscanioRodorig the Vyrus is the most outlandish motorcycle that is currently in production.
