Gurgaon Traffic Police ASI Bijendera Singh is an epitome of honesty. Setting an example not once, but twice, he returned a bag found on the streets, tracking its owner and earning himself a lot of appreciation.
Gurgaon: Honesty still prevails in the world. Yes, it is rarely seen now, but it really exists and this is proved by Gurgaon traffic Police ASI Bijendera Singh.
Bijendera Singh found a bag near Gurgaon’s City Court Building.
After the bag was checked by ASI Bijender Singh, Passport, cheque books, cards, keys and other important documents were recovered from it.
Tracking the details from the documents Singh, immediately called bag’s owner — Shashwati Ghosh, a resident of Sushant Lok — and returned it.
Earlier in 2013, in another incident, Singh was appreciated for his honesty. The incident happened when he challaned a bike driver for red light jump. After the driver went away, he saw a packet lying on the road, which might have fallen during the challan process.
With his utmost honesty, he called the bike driver and informed him about the packet he recovered on road and returned it.
