The Jharkhand government today gave its nod to religious tourism for the poor, backward and elderly of all religions.
The approval was given during a state cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das, an official release said here.
They can undertake tourism twice – once pilgrimage within the state borders and another outside the state with a two year gap between the first and the second.
The cabinet also gave its nod to the MoU of NCAP-2016 (National Civil Aviation Police 2016) under specific guidelines, the release added.
