Amid the surgical strikes India carried out on September 29th in PoK, several reports, and claims emerged that India didn’t act across the LoC, resulting which a debate is making rounds on whether Indian government should release the video footage of the September 29th operation in the public domain or not.
While a section doesn’t want the government to release the video as the concern of ‘national security’, at the same time pressure is mounted on the government to release the video evidence of the surgical strikes.

According to NewsMobile Editor-in-Chief, Saurabh Shukla the government should ‘shun naysayers’ on footage of surgical strikes, but releasing a small part of it will be strategically advantageous.
He said: “Army on the National Security is doing their work, they should not be bothering these shun naysayers,who will in any case let them speak, the nation knows, our nation is greatful to them for what they have done and what they continued to do”
“The reason why I advocate that some part of the footage should be released, is for strategic reasons, today in the rhem of social media, in the era of optics, which plays a key role in diplomacy, our nation is proceed, some part of the footage coming out will not only boost the morale of the forces but also go a long way in establishing India as a power, which can deal with terrorism, eminating from neighbourhood, that’s what great nations do.”

He added ” If India really wants to be a big power, it has to think and it should not be compromising any tactical operational details, these are the ways of releasing these pictures, the Americans do it all the time, it is not meant to satisfy any naysayers, or any pressure or by any political party. India is a vibrant democracy. It is not a banana republic like Pakistan, where they can fetch anything. We cannot to this because there is free media here, so nothing can be fetched in India and something like surgical Strike, and those people who are questioning are actually doing disservice to the nation and the brave soldiers.”
He also said” The government must consider this and after some time, we’ll see some part of the footages coming out, which will create right diplomatic atmosphere for India and also boost the morale of the forces and the country.
