See the biggest ‘Supermoon’ in the 21st Century on November 14th

Date:

The celestial objects have always mesmerised us, the more we wonder.

Year 2016 is that lucky year in that scenario. The moon is going to be extremely close to the Earth thrice this year, and on November 14th 6:22 PM IST, mankind will witness the biggest Supermoon in the last 70 years.

This supermoon will be 14% bigger and 30% brighter than usual. This is the closest, the Moon will get to Earth until 25 November 2034, so you really don’t want to miss this one.

According to scientists at NASA, one of the officials were quoted saying;

“The full moon of november 14 is not only the closest full moon of 2016, but also the closest full moon to date in the 21st century.”

“When the moon is near the horizon, it can look unnaturally large when viewed through trees, buildings, or other foreground objects. the effect is an optical illusion, but that fact doesn’t take away from the experience,” said NASA.

So folks!!  keep yourself tuned to witness an event of a lifetime. Also find a darker phase of your city as the beaming lights may spoil the show.
