Delhi Police arrested this conman, who fooled over 300 hotels arose the country, by availing there services without payment.
Vincent John, 59-year-old, a Tamil Nadu resident, has a history of theft and fraud. Hs story reminds of any bollywood plot, he was a tourist guide, who after being insulted by a hotel owner waged this personal vendetta against the hospitality sector.
His first con dated way back to 1991. After being arrested for five years, he started the dirty job again in 1996, a newspaper reported. Now, he has duped over 300 hotels in the country, including luxury hotels like Taj and Radisson.
How did he do it?
John would go to hotels, stay and steal and leave before he had to pay. John has stolen hair dryers, LCD projectors, cigarettes, premium liquor and laptops, which he allegedly sold later.
