John Mueller, Webmaster Trends Analyst at Google Inc, has officially announced at Google Webmasters Blog that Google is removing Content Keywords feature in Search Console.
When Search Console (GSC) was called Webmaster Tools (GWMT), you can view the content keywords feature in left side bar under Google Index section.

The content keywords feature was useful when Googlebot crawled your website and it was easy to find in Search Analytics that how many and which Keywords are ranked for your site.

As per John Mueller, users can be confused about the keywords listed in content keywords feature so that is why they have decided to eliminate the Content Keywords feature in Search Console.

Furthermore, John Mueller said that “While our systems have gotten better, they can’t read your mind: be clear about what your site is about, and what you’d like to be found for. Tell visitors what makes your site, your products and services, special!”
