A girl in Telangana was shocked when she found a king cobra hiding in her fridge. The four-foot long snake in Sircilla town in Telangana was found coiled up in a corner of the fridge trying to escape the heat.

The girl screamed in shock when she saw the reptile and soon a snake-catcher was called to the house who later pulled the snake out of the fridge. The snake was put in what looked like a polytene bag and taken away.

In Cape Town recently a similar incident was reported when a shopper found a python coiled up in the chiller section of the supermarket fridge.
