Focussing on the over-all well-being of the children in the country, Melania Trump, the first lady of the United States, spoke to them about issues they face on a daily basis, earlier this week.
She started a conversation on emotions with 13 local middle school students, at the Blue Room of the White House. Among the things discussed in the listening session they spoke about the issues they face at school, at home and with their friends.
“Thank you in advance for sharing your stories and your thoughts about your struggles and triumphs. I want to help children everywhere be their best, so with your help, we can achieve positive results,” the first lady said before asking the children to go around and introduce themselves and tell her their favorite hobbies.
