Direct bus starts between western Nepal town and Delhi

From Shirish B Pradhan Kathmandu, Aug 29 (PTI) A direct deluxe bus service fromDang city in western Nepal to New Delhi was launched today bya bus entrepreneurs committee here. The new bus service is an initiative of the Rapti ZonalPublic Transport Bus Entrepreneurs Committee. People living inwestern Nepal can now visit the Indian capital city directlyfrom Bhalubang of Dang. According to Committee Chairman Suresh Hamal this was forthe first time that a direct deluxe bus service has beenoperated between the two South Asian cities. He said that the first bus left from Dang for New Delhiat 11:30 am (local time). Every week three buses would leaveDang for New Delhi.
