Porn clip on bill board: Cops book technician of ad firm

Pune, Aug 28 (PTI) Four days after a giant digital billboard installed on the busy Karve Road here suddenly startedstreaming a porn clip, the police today booked a technicianassociated with an advertisement firm. The police took a suo motu action and registered a case inconnection with the incident that took place on August 24between 3 to 3.30 PM. However, the matter came to light after a person postedpictures of the bill board on the social media, they said. "Since images of the bill board streaming a porn clipwent viral on the social media, we decided to register a caseagainst the technician," said Inspector Sucheta Khokale ofDeccan Gymkhana police station. Accordingly, the technician Nitesh Shelar of the publicityfirm was booked under section 67 of the IT Act, she said. The bill board suddenly started streaming the porn clipand some commuters clicked its pictures, Khokale said. As per the inspector, the police are verifying whether itwas done intentionally or it happened by accident. A traffic police constable, who was posted at thejunction, said the clip was streamed for hardly for fewseconds. PTI SPK NRBSC
