Now a political outfit titled Tamilar Viduthalai Padai has decided to protest against her. Their leader, Veeralakshmi, has issued a statement to the media that they will protest against and seek her removal from the film with Rajinikanth.

According to Veeralakshmi of the Tamilar Viduthalai Padai, Amy Jackson is a foreigner who has come to work in Tamil films. She stated that since she was earning from Tamil cinema and working in Tamil Nadu, Amy Jackson should not be making any statements against the traditions of Tamil Nadu.

Veeralakshmi has stated that they will protest for Amy’s removal from the Tamil film with Rajinikanth for making this statement. They will be heading to the 2.0 shooting spot today in Chennai to stage the protest.

Amy Jackson, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Shilpa Shetty and other prominent stars of the tinsel town have voiced their protest against the government’s reported move to revoke the ban on Jallikattu.

A petition in this regard by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) was signed by Vidya Balan, Vidyut Jammwal, Amy Jackson, John Abraham, Sonu Sood, Sonakshi Sinha, Bipasha Basu, Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, Athiya Shetty and Richa Chadha among others.
