Vasundhara Raje congratulates new Punjab governor

Jaipur, Aug 17 (PTI) Rajasthan Chief Minister VasundharaRaje today congratulated ex-Rajya Sabha MP V P Singh Badnorefor being appointed as new Governor of Punjab. "Heartiest congratulations to Sh V P Singh Badnore ji forbeing appointed as the Governor of Punjab. Best wishes for thejourney ahead," Raje tweeted. Singh, 68, hails from Rajasthan and is a four-time MLA,two-time Lok Sabha MP and one-time Rajya Sabha MP. He was the Irrigation Minister in Bhairon Singh Shekhawatgovernment.
