Victoria Beckham dismisses marriage trouble rumours

Date:

Victoria Beckham has dismissed speculation about her marriage, insisting she and her husband David have nothing to prove.

According to Daily Dish, the former ‘Spice Girls’ singer and her former soccer star spouse have been married for 16 years and have four children together.

Their careers, as well as charity work, mean they have to spend a lot of time apart, causing rumors to circulate about their marriage. However, Victoria is adamant she doesn’t pay any attention to the speculation and she advises others to follow suit.

“I have never listened to, or commented on, the rumors about any aspect of my life,” she was quoted as saying to Britain’s Grazia magazine.

“I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children. Yes, we travel a lot with our respective businesses and charitable commitments, but we always make time for each other as a couple and as a family. David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other and are strong as both partners and parents.”

The two stars pride themselves on the way they have raised sons Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, 10, as well as daughter Harper, 4. All the kids understand they have an extremely privileged life and shouldn’t take anything for granted.

Victoria insists there is no magic way to balance her career and motherhood either.
