Ajay Devgn gives thumbs down to AIB roast

Mumbai: After Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, it’s Singham actor Ajay Devgn who takes a shot at the controversial AIB roast.

Devgn was at a promotional event for one of the brand he endorses where he was asked the inevitable question of how he felt about the roast. And here’s what he said, “From what I have heard, I prefer not to watch it. I don’t enjoy such kind of humour.”

Earlier, ‘PK’ star Aamir Khan expressed displeasure with the show and called it “violent”. 

Even Salman Khan backed his opinion and came down heavily on Karan Johar for taking part in the show.

Shah Rukh Khan, however was very diplomatic with his opinion and said, “When you are a popular actor like I am, people listen to you… So, you need to relook at it and I am only speaking about myself here. There will always be issues and questions.”

Devgn also informed reporters about his upcoming schedule. He will be shooting for ‘Drishyam’ remake and the actor will later head to Bulgaria to film for his big-budgeted directorial venture, ‘Shivaay’.

Apart from Devgn, ‘Shivaay’ will also feature Sayesha, the grand-niece of Saira Banu.
