Singer Rihanna is reportedly going to be the new ambassador for French luxury brand Dior. With this, she would be the first African-American woman to be a face of Dior.
The singer will be seen in the next installment of Dior’s ‘Secret Garden’ campaign, which was shot in Versailles, France, by US photographer Steven Klein.
“Film and print versions of the campaign are scheduled to run this spring,” sources told the British edition of Vogue magazine.
The 27-year-old singer was also spotted at the Hall of Mirrors, Palace of Versailles, in a silver sequined frock, filming what turned out to be her Dior debut.
Other celebrities who were the face of the iconic fashion house included Jennifer Lawrence, Marion Cotillard, Natalie Portman, supermodel Carmen Kass, Estonian model Tiiu Kuik, Marilyn Monroe and Grace Kelly.
