PM Modi meets CEOs of major Chinese companies

Shanghai, May 16 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the third day of his three-day China visit met the CEOs of major Chinese Companies. He is expected to make a strong pitch for his ‘Make in India’ campaign and woo investors. The prime minister, who arrived in the financial city of Shanghai on Friday, is also scheduled to meet the secretary of Communist Party of China (CPC) Han Zheng and Mayor of Shanghai Yang Xiong today. Earlier on Friday, Indian delegates led by Modi and Chinese officials led by Premier Li Kequang held talks in Beijing. China and India pledged to cool festering border dispute and to boost cooperation between the two Asian giants. Modi also visited the Tsingua University and witnessed a yoga Tai chi joint event.
