6 IAS officers shifted in Punjab

Chandigarh: In a major reshuffle, Punjab government on Thursday transferred of six IAS officers with immediate effect.

Amit Dhaka has been shifted as Managing Director of Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation.

Besides, the government also transferred two Punjab Civil Services (PCS) officers in the state, an official spokesman said here.

Roshan Sunkaria has been transferred as Financial Commissioner Rural Development, Kirpa Shankar Saroj as Secretary Printing and Stationary, A Venu Prasad, Secretary Higher Education and Languages, Sibin C has been posted as Executive Director, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation, Sukhjit Singh Bains as Director Rural Development and Panchayats, Amit Dhaka as MD Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation.

The spokesman said that PCS officers Neeraj Kumar has been posted as Joint Secretary Revenue and Avneet Kaur as Assistant Commissioner General of SAS Nagar against a vacant post.
