3-yr-old girl rescued from Borewell after 12 hours

Dausa (Rajasthan): A three-year old toddler, who fell into a borewell while playing near her house in Rajasthan’s Dausa District, was rescued on Monday morning nearly after 12 hours.

The girl, who fell around 3 pm on Sunday evening, was stuck at about 50 to 60 feet in the 200-feet deep borewell. A CCTV camera was used to help the rescue workers to locate the girl.

The girl has been identified as Jyoti. Her mother was working in the fields close by when the incident took place.
