‘Terminator Genisys’ sequels ‘terminated’ because of box office failure

Date:

Although ‘Terminator Genisys’ raked in really high worldwide, it managed to gross only 89 million dollars at the US box-office and so the sequels to the film have been put on an indefinite hold.

As per some publications, Paramount studios have put an indefinite hold on the American science fiction action film’s two sequels and a TV spin-off because the poor box-office showing in the US suggests the film could lose money.

The recent flick was directed by ‘ Hbo Game of Thrones season 6 ‘ regular Alan Taylor and starred Arnold Schwarzenegger, who reprised his role as the iconic T-800, Emilia Clarke, J. K. Simmons and Jason Clarke.
