Move over human love making, robots are here

Date:

We human beings are a very intelligent species, obviously. What is it that we haven’t accomplished? Have we conquered the earth? Yes, we have. Have we sent one of us to the moon? Oh yes. Brought him back successfully? Of course. Have we developed science and technology to make our lives easy? Ha, check.

Yes, we have invented so many machines that do many things for us. Cook for us, clean for us, drive us around, entertain us and do things that we deem uninteresting or futile, maybe. But then, no matter how much we work, or not work, or how much we earn, we all yearn for love. We all need a special someone, you know, who makes those silly butterflies in our tummies flutter like it’s nobody’s business. We need someone for our physical needs as well.

But, if all goes well, in the future, we could buy or even make that special someone. Oh, I know it’s difficult for you to comprehend, so let me elaborate a tad but more.

See, these days, there are heterosexuals, who get attracted to the opposite sex, while there are homosexuals, who get attracted to the same sex. By 2030, if we are to believe experts, there will be a new breed of humans called robosexuals, who will, erm, make love with robots. Did I hear a few hearts breaking?

As per an article that appeared in Daily Mail, futurologist Dr Ian Pearson believes that by 2030, most people will have some form of virtual sex using virtual reality headsets. Not just that. technology will evolve so much that fantasizing about other people/robots will become more of a real-life experience.

Therefore, people who don’t have partners in a human form can always opt for a robotic replacement and still have the same kind of fun! Dress it up, carry it around and have 0 arguments. Fun? Maybe.
