Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg checked in at India Gate in the national capital hours before his Townhall Q&A at IIT Delhi.

When he was in China, he posted a couple of photos on his Facebook wall, saying he goes on a run before every event. Zuckerberg and his team went on an 8.6-mile run around Xi’an Ancient City Wall, which is the starting point of the Silk Road. He said that he loves taking this team for a run, whenever they travel to a new city.

Zuckerberg further added that it’s a great way to take a stroll around the city before any busy event. It not only helps to wake up, but also offers energy to kick the jet lag. He also posted four photos of him running along with his team.

Zuckerberg is in India to deepen ties with the South Asian nation, which is home to the greatest number of Facebook users outside the USA. Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid a visit to Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park, Calif., in September.
