The much awaited trailer of the Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar-starrer ‘ Wazir’ has been released and it appears to be a full on action packed-thriller-drama.
In Wazir, Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar play a precarious game of Chess in the chimerical presence of an unseen Wazir.
In the trailer, Farhan is seen teaming up with Big B to fight against an unknown wazir. Aditi Rao Hydari, John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh are also seen in action in the trailer.
During the launch event, Farhan said that Vidhu Vinod Chopra told him about this flick 10 years ago when he was returning home from the screening of ‘Lakshay’ and invited him to listen the script, but he got a chance to do so in 2014 and he was blown away the moment he heard the story.
Co-produced by Rajkumar Hirani, the flick is slated to release on January 8, 2016.
