Deepika fires up Hollywood with her debut trailer: XXX Return Of Xander Cage

Date:

XXX: Return of Xander Cage is what everyone is talking today. This movie has Indian fans geared up for two reasons: Vin Diesel and Deepika Padukone. The mega action movie is set to release in 2017 but that hasn’t killed any buzz around. Domestic star Deepika Padukone is set to make her Hollywood debut with this movie and fans are going crazy about it. Vin Diesel and Deepika Padukone have released pictures together and that has only fueled the craze and wait for the mega blockbuster.

Directed by by D. J. Caruso and starring Vin Diesel, Deepika Padukone, Donnie Yen, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev, Rory McCann and Samuel L. Jackson, it is the third film in the xXx franchise, and thereby a sequel to both the 2002 film xXx and the 2005 film xXx: State of the Union.

While we saw Diesel flying in cars and jumping of 100 feet high bridges in the previous movies, this movie is to take action sequences to the next level. Earlier, Vin Diesel announced on his Instagram page that “While I was filming XXX, guys on set called me Air Diesel… The time to return has come. Filming starts December in the Philippines. #ILiveForThisShit…”

The trailer that was released on 19th July, says it all. With a cast and storyline like this, hardly anything will stop the movie from hitting high numbers. As far as India is concerned, the studio need not worry. We are all waiting for her sizzling avatar in the movie. With high bass music sequences, packed action, high altitude direction, one of Hollywood’s greatest action heroes and Bollywood’s best, we just cannot wait for this movie!
