Mallya’s 700 crore assets to be auctioned

The liquor baron is out and the reasons are not really beneficial for the country. With debts amounting to almost Rs. 9000 crores, Vijay Mallya is being hunted by a consortium of 17 banks led by State Bank of India. The banks is adopting every possible method in order to recover the money. Next in line are the liquor baron’s assets worth over Rs 700 crore.

There are a number of items that are in line for an auction. The include the erstwhile headquarters Kingfisher House near airport; cars and office furniture; Mr Mallya’s plush personal jet along with everything inside the jet which include cushy couches. There are a number of brands and trademarks that are to auctioned as well. One of the more famous ones is a ‘Fly with Good Times’.
