ISKON to celebrate golden jubilee on Aug 21

Kolkata, Aug 19 (PTI) The International Society forKrishna Consciousness (ISKON), a Vaisnava group known for theHare Krishna Movement, Mayapur, will celebrate its goldenjubilee on August 21. The day will be celebrated with spiritual discoursesand other activites, ISKON officials said. The construction of the gigantic ‘Temple of VedicPlanetarium’ (Chandradaya Mandir), which was scheduled to beinagurated on the eve of the golden jubilee, has been delayedand cannot be opened now, they said.
