Kolkata experiences hot and sultry day

Kolkata, Aug 20 (PTI) The weather remained hot andsultry in the city today as it received only traces ofrainfall. According to the MeT Department, the maximumtemperature was recorded as 35.3 degrees Celsius while theminimum settled at 27.8 degrees Celsius. The city received only traces of rainfall, it said.
