Labourers fall from 4th floor of building; 1 killed, 2 injured

New Delhi, Aug 21 (PTI) A 32-year-old labourer died andtwo others were critically injured after they fell from the4th floor from a building in Mansarovar Park area in northeastDelhi today. Police said three labourers were hired by Ashok Kumar forconstruction of a structure to place a water tank on thefourth floor of his house at Jagjivan Nagar in MansarovarPark. During work, they fell to the street below. The were rushed to a nearby hospital where Visheshwar(32) was declared brought dead. The condition of Arun (27) andBittu (25) were stated to be critical, said a senior policeofficer. A case under Sections 304 A (causing death bynegligence), 288 (negligent conduct with respect to pullingdown or the repair of a building) and 337 (causing hurt byendangering life or personal safety of others) of IPC havebeen registered and investigation is underway, he said.
