J-K govt imposes ban on bovine transportation in Samba

Jammu, Aug 24 (PTI) Jammu and Kashmir government hasimposed ban on transportation of bovines in Samba district. District Magistrate, Samba, Sheetal Nanda has ordered thatno bovine animal such as cow, ox, bull, calf, buffalo betransported from Samba to other districts except withpermission from the district magistrate and the additionaldistrict magistrate, Samba, a Spokesperson said here today. The order come into force with immediate effect and willremain in force for a period of two months from the date ofissuance till the same is rescinded whichever is earlier. PTIAB DIP SMJDIP
