AAP hits out at SAD-BJP govt for "ruining" Punjab

Jagraon, Aug 25 (PTI) Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today hit outat the SAD-BJP combine government for "ruining" Punjab through"corruption and anti-people policies", saying it had made thelives of common people "miserable". Addressing a rally here, Punjab’s AAP campaign committeehead and MP Bhagwant Mann said the SAD-BJP government’s"anti-people policies" had been "disastrous" for all stratasof society. "Each and every section of society is fed up from theSAD-BJP combine government which rendered the youth joblessand the poor people are facing a lot of hardships to feedtheir families," he said. "The life of people in the state has become miserableand farmers are being forced to commit suicides," he added. Mann charged the current dispensation with "misleading thepeople" by "spreading false propaganda against the AAPleaders" on one pretext or the other. "The government is blatantly using government machinery tofoil the political rallies of AAP," he claimed. Mann dared Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal tocontest the next state election against him from Jalalabad,from where Sukhbir is a sitting MLA. Training his guns at the Congress, Mann alleged the partywas responsible for "committing huge scams" and said peoplewill "never forgive them for that". PTI VJ CHT RGCHT
