Elderly woman killed, 4 injured as roof caves in

Jalandhar, Sep 2 (PTI) A 60-year-old woman was todaykilled and four others, including two children, were injuredafter the roof of their house collapsed when they weresleeping, in Gandhi Camp area here. Raj Rani and four of her family members came under thedebris of the roof that caved in while they were sleeping,police said. Raj Rani was killed and four others, including twochildren were injured. Prima facie, the building was weak and last night’storrential rain might haven taken its toll on it, they said.
