23 pilgrims injured in roof collapse

Motihari (Biahr), Sep 13 (PTI) At least 23 pilgrimswere injured when the roof of a ‘dharmshala’ collapsed on themat Areraj in East Champaran district, DSP Nurul Haque saidtoday. The incident took place last night as the roof ofKedia dharamshala collapsed trapping scores of pilgrims underits rubble. At least 23 of them sustained injuries, he said. While 20 of them were undergoing treatment at thePrimary Health Centre at Areraj, three others whose conditionwas serious were admitted to Sadar hospital here. The pilgrims had gathered at the Kedia dharamshalafor overnight stay ahead of pilgrimage to nearbySidheshwarnath Temple, Haque said. PTI CORR KDKNN
