Pervert on the run after beating up residents who prevented child abuse

A FIR was launched against a person named Pradeep Bhardwaj from the nearby Tigra Village, who along with his accomplices are targeting children in The Close South, The Close North and Nirvana Country of Sector 52, Gurgaon.

On March 9, an incident was reported when Bhardwaj was caught by a resident Mr. Vivek Bali as he was attempting to abuse children in the vicinity. While he was being questioned and Police was being called, Bhardwaj managed to escape from the scene. He returned later with his brother and a mob of 20-30 people. 8-12 people are accused of beating up two residents including Mr. Vivek Bali, who is still hospitalized. The accused is still absconding and has not been arrested till date.

Pradeep Bhardwaj has been identified as a pervert and a serial offender by the residents who are seeking justice and security from the Police.

The FIR states the grievances of the residents of the area and claims that the Law and Order situation is on a constant decline in The Close South, The Close North and the Nirvana Country areas primarily because of its proximity to the Tigra Village.

The residents also complained about the ignorance of the Police Department in patrolling the area and the absence of a proper Police Beat Box in the area which is inhabited by almost 10000 people.

Attempts of  Car-thefts, Child Abuse and beating up of residents and snatching have become a common problem for the general public.
