A video of a group of cricketers in the Kashmir Valley singing the Pakistani national anthem before the start of a game has gone viral on social media.
According to to the report, a cricket match was organised in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district during the week Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Jammu and Kashmir to inaugurate the Chenani-Nashri tunnel.
During the match, the local cricket team, clad in Pakistan’s national colours, sings country’s anthem. The video shows one of the two teams sporting the Pakistan national team’s cricket uniform and standing in attention as the country’s national anthem plays over a speaker.
