Over Rs 5cr worth valuables go missing for Colombian pop star at World Cup

Maluma, a Colombian pop singer known for his popular Latin hits got robbed in Moscow during the World Cup and valuables worth $785,000 (Rs 5,34,44,762) was stolen from him. The robbery happened in his hotel room situated near Red Square.

The stolen valuables include a Louis Vuitton bag, Cartier jewellery, 11 luxury watches, and all diamond and pearl studded glasses. Maluma was in Russia for the soccer World Cup.

According to the Moscow Police investigation, another person was sharing the same Four Seasons Hotel as Maluma and is a suspect for the robbery.

Maluma took to social media and wrote that he was travelling to the city of Saransk where Colombia was due to play Japan, along with a picture of himself wearing a Colombian soccer jersey in front of an aeroplane.
