The Padmaavat actress, Deepika Padukone recently posted a video on Instagram of a Vanity Fair video where the popular star was seen struggling while explaining Hindi slangs.

Out of all the slangs, Deepika was stuck at ‘Jhakaas’ and tried her best to explain the literal meaning in English, which turned out to be quite hilarious! In the video, you can see her claiming that she has no idea how to explain the word ‘Jhakaas’ since it is an emotion.
However, the actress ended up describing the word as ‘amazing’ and as ‘superlative’. Further, she captioned the video as “My attempt at a Hindi slang, what a mess! ”

In the video shot for Vanity Fair, the actress tried to explain different Hindi slangs in English from ‘Bakra’to ‘Çhinki’ to’ Jhakass’.As much as Deepika seemed to be enjoying herself, Ranveer Singh went gaga all over her video when she tried to decipher the meaning of ‘Jhakaas’.

For now, the actress is soaring high with the success of ‘Padmavaat’ that was not only a hit at the box office but it has also won the title of ‘Movie of the Year’.
