Hichki to hit screens in Taiwan with an interesting name

After turning successful in the box office and receiving immense appreciation at the Shanghai International Film Festival and the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, Hichki is now getting released in Taiwan with a new title ‘My Teacher with Hiccups’.

The film is scheduled to release on November to for Taiwanese audiences. The poster of the film released in Taiwan also has a motivational thought on it that reads, ‘Never limit yourself, don’t be afraid, even though you have some born disability.’

The film with the original title ‘Hichki’ has marked success in Russia and Kazakhstan and is also slated to release in Hong Kong on November 8 followed by China on November 12.

In India, the film was released on March 23 this year. The film talks about societal discrimination that exists in India and how it has become a part of every day life. The lead role was played by Rani Mukherjee as Naina in the film.
