This is how Nick Jonas proposed to Priyanka Chopra!

Date:

Just days before their wedding, the much-in-love couple Priyanka-Nick recently revealed details of how they got together, including the incredibly romantic way they got engaged.

In an interview with ‘American Vogue’, Jonas explained that he proposed to his lady love just after three dates, during PeeCee’s birthday trip to the Greek island of Crete.

Nick revealed, “I got down on one knee, again, and I said: Will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?” No joke—she took about 45 seconds. Forty-five seconds of silence.” (Chopra says she was speechless.) Jonas then continued and said, “I’m going to put this ring on your finger now unless you have any objections.” By that time, he had already shut down a Tiffany & Co. store in London to pick out a ring for her.

The proposal was then followed by a traditional Roka ceremony in Mumbai in August.

Nick and Priyanka will have a few more traditional ceremonies, like the Sangeet, Mehendi and Haldi ones, leading up to their official Hindu wedding ceremony at the Taj Umaid Bhawan palace.

Priyanka-Nick are expected to tie the knot on December 2 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. They’re also rumored to be having a Christian ceremony afterward on December 3.
