Amid the scrapping of Article 370, a post has surfaced on the internet claiming that a time bomb was diffused on time in Meena Bazar in Jama Masjid, Delhi.

We found several tweets being circulating on Twitter;

When NewsMobile fact-checked the above post, we found the claim is FALSE.

We got in touch with one of the staff members at Jama Masjid Police Station, we found out Delhi Police conducted a ‘mock drill’ and defused a dummy bomb, which was kept by the police for security investigation.

Hence, the above information proves that claim attached to the viral picture is FALSE.
