32 Kashmiri girls studying in Pune panicked when they lost communication with their families after the abrogation of Article 370 and the shutdown in Kashmir.
The girls then approached the Sikh Gurudwara committee for help in going back to their homes. After that, the Pune Gurudwara committee booked flight tickets for the girls to Delhi.
The girls were picked up from their hostels, PGs etc and their safe departure ensured at Delhi. The Delhi Gurudwara committee took over the girls and they were sent to Srinagar along with some sewadars to ensure their safety.
