This video of fireworks is NOT from Mumbai; here’s the truth

Following the festival of Diwali, a video of fireworks is being on social media and it has been claimed that it is from Mumbai’s Borivali West.

 FACT CHECK

Team of fact-checker at NewsMobile checked the above post and found the claims attached to the video to be FAKE.

On extracting the keyframes of the video through InVid and putting them through Reverse Image Search, we came across the same video on YouTube posted on January 3rd, 2018.

In the caption of the video on YouTube, it was claimed that the video was from Japan’s Mount Fuji during New Years 2018.

On digging further we found that the video is a piece of simulation and it was created digitally.

Hence, the above information proves that the claim attached to the video is FAKE.
