In the second picture, President Ram Nath Kovind is seen standing with folded hands, while Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief Minister of UP Yogi Adityanath and former UP Governor Ram Naik have not folded their hands while greeting.

By searching with the help of some keywords, we came to know that this picture of President Ram Nath Kovind was taken at Lucknow Airport in February 2018 when he came to attend ‘UP Investor Summit 2018’.
A video of this meeting is available on the official YouTube channel of the Uttar Pradesh government.
In this video, it can clearly be seen that President Kovind come down the stairs of the aeroplane, after which Ram Naik, Yogi Adityanath and Rajnath Singh greeted him and offered flowers to him.
Some pictures of this reception were also posted on the official Twitter handle of the UP CM.
A video of President Kovind’s arrival in Lucknow was also shared by a news agency on YouTube and from this, a viral picture has been taken which does not show the truth.
In addition, the photo of Pranab Mukherjee was taken in March 2015 when the former President met other opposition party leaders, including the Congress, at Rashtrapati Bhavan. This picture is available on Getty Images.
