Double-Header Day: RCB To Clash With SRH In The First Game

Date:

Mumbai: Action-packed Sunday with doubleheader games between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first game followed by a crucial clash between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals.

Royal Challengers Bangalore are placed at the fourth position on the points table. After losing back-to-back games, the team bounced back and won their last encounter against Chennai Super Kings.

Skipper Faf du Plessis will be looking to spend some time in the middle and anchor the innings of RCB in the upcoming game. Virat Kohli is taking time and focusing on running between the wickets while batting.

Sunrisers Hyderabad has lost consecutive games and slipped down in the points table. Kane Williamson and his side will play for crucial two points and expect to bounce back from the situation and join the race to playoffs.

Delhi Capitals are back after a win against Sunrisers Hyderabad. With ten points, DC is placed at the fifth position and will be looking to secure a spot in the top four of the points table.

David Warner is back in form with the outstanding innings he played in the last game. He scored 92 runs off 58 deliveries. Rovman Powell continued his power hitting and built a strong partnership where he contributed 67 runs in just 35 deliveries.

Khaleel Ahmed is taking lead in the bowling attack and bowled an exceptional spell. He bagged three wickets in the last game.

Chennai Super Kings are going through a rough IPL season this year. With MS Dhoni back as the captain, the side is unable to execute key plans during the match. The team lost the last match against RCB by 13 runs. However, Devon Conway continued his performance and played a crucial inning in the last game.

The team is placed at ninth position on the points table with little hope of recovery in this season.
