This village is known as Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh.)

A similar video on YouTube had been uploaded on February 10, 2021, with a title: ‘Al Hutaib Yemen’ only village in the world where it never rains.
Multiple media reports have also mentioned that it never rains in Al-Hutaib village in Yemen. You can see the reports by Amar Ujala and Orissa Post.
However, we independently couldn’t confirm the claim that Yemen’s Al-Hutaib has never received rain.
Moreover, there are multiple reports and accounts of rain in Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh.
We also found reports of heavy rain and flood alerts in Pasighat in 2022 and 2021.
