ED Recovers ₹7 Crores In Raids Across Six Locations in Kolkata

Kolkata: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday conducted raids in six different locations in connection with an investigation related to a mobile game application under Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

According to reports, ED has further filed an FIR in connection with the case at the Park Street Police Station based on Federal Bank Authorities.

According to newswire agency ANI, Reserve Bank India and State Bank of India officials, carrying eight cash counting machines, reached the residence of one businessman Nisar Ahmed Khan in Garden Reach.

The report further added that an RBI truck reaches the residence of businessman Nisar Ahmed Khan in Garden Reach, Kolkata. ED recovered heaps of cash amounting to several crores has been recovered from his residence.

The report further added that cash worth 7 crores have been recovered so far. The process of counting is still underway.
