PM Modi Takes Dig At Oppn Parties, Says ‘All Corrupt Coming Together On One Stage’

Date:

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at opposition parties getting together on Tuesday and said “coming together of the corrupt on one stage”.

PM Modi attended the inauguration of the newly constructed BJP Central Office (extension) in the national capital.

During his address, PM Modi hit back at opposition parties and said “Wherever I go, people tell me, Modiji, don’t stop…Now that we will do such action against the corrupt, people will get upset, no? But that can’t stop us,”.

Taking a dig at the Congress-led campaign ‘Loktantra Bachao Mashal Shanti March’, PM Modi said that “Agencies are being attacked when they take action, questions are being raised in courts. Some parties have started ‘Bhrashtachari Bachao Abhiyan.”

He further added “Corruption has caused heavy damage to the country like termites. Whenever BJP comes to power, it causes a big blow to corruption. For the first time in seven decades, such an action is being taken against the corrupt. After our action, some people get upset and angry. But the action against corruption won’t be stopped because of their (Opposition) false allegations,”.

Addressing to the party worker, PM Modi said “BJP is not just the world’s largest party, but also India’s most futuristic party. Our sole target is making the developed and advanced India for the future. The slogan of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ is being translated and used by other parties of the world,”.

He further added “BJP is not about contesting and winning elections. It is an idea, and that is unity. And it is synonymous with development,”.
