FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the above video, and found it to be digitally manipulated.

Closely observing the video, our NM team noticed several discrepancies in it. Putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, we came across several news reports featuring the original video in which Ronaldo actually threw his son, Mateo, on the other end of the pool.

Here is the original video.

Observing both videos closely, we noticed that the background of the original video was manipulated using the video-editing software to create a false narrative.

With the above findings, we can conclude that the video of Ronaldo throwing his son off the building is fake.
