The same video had been published on the NDTV website on July 4, 2023. The video details read: “Two people died as giant boulders came crashing down a hill and completely crushed two cars due to a landslide in Nagaland this evening. Three others suffered serious injuries in the accident that occurred around 5 pm amid heavy rains on National Highway 29 in the Chumoukedima district, between Dimapur and Kohima. The identity of the victims is not known yet”. The same video was also carried by Voice of America on July 8, 2023, with similar details.
Thus, it is evident from the above information that a video from Nagaland is falsely linked to Himachal Pradesh landslides.
