Authorities on sunday sealed a private school where a 7 year old boy was beaten by other students on instruction from their teacher. The teacher Tripta Tyagi (60) also owns Neha public school where the incident took place. she has been booked under IPC 323 and 504 but has not been arrested as these sections are bailable.
“Don’t take muslim children to their mothers because exams are coming up and students are unable to give exams and our school goes into loss. I treat all children like my children, I want students should get good education from our school. My intensions were not as portrayed for every teacher all students are like their own children. There is no Hindu-muslim in this.” Triple Tyagi said.
The National Commission for Protection of Childs Rights (NCPCR) has directed the Muzaffarnagar police to lodge an FIR against the teacher and initiate matter in the action under section 17.
